DESCRIPTION: Antique European porcelain urn, the body featuring a reserve decorated with a peacock, a, turkey, and a duck, the lid featuring a reserve decorated with a bird, and both ornamented with gilt foliage motifs. Marked on underside.

This lot was acquired from a deaccession of various objects belonging to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami. However, this lot represents objects that were donated to Vizcaya by benefactors over a period of past decades. This lot was never a part of the museum’s original collection.
