Structurally sound, leather with some signs of wear including 2 small 'slice' cuts at left elbow area on the armrest, right armrest with some 'crinkle' crazing, a bit of wear to the outer edges of both armrests, some visible wear to the leather under both seat buttons, but all button soundly attached, and very minor nick or two to the laminated wood hardly worth mentioning.
