Offered here for your consideration are two limited edition drawings, one by Bill Owens and the other by Robert "Shoofly" Shufelt. Bill Owen, born and raised in Arizona, his mother an artist and his father a cowboy, it isn’t any wonder that he became a legendary member of the Cowboy Artists of America in 1973, and served as its President three times and earned numerous medals and awards. Bill’s work has been exhibited world wide. Its easy to see why Bill's art has won so many awards, one great example being this outstanding art piece. It is a limited edition lithographic reproduction approved by Bill himself and signed. Full of great bold details, this lithograph captivates its audience's attention with a nice western scene.
Robert "Shoofly" Shufelt is an artist from Illinois who attended art school and worked in illustration. He once lived at a cattle ranch near Wickenburg, AZ and then moved to New Mexico in 1991. Shufelt is known for his great modern day cowboy and ranch lifestyle art, which has been displayed in several galleries and museums, including some in Scottsdale and Tucson, Arizona and several other places around the nation. Museums he's exhibited at would include Desert Caballeros Western Museum, National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, and a handful more. This artwork of his is a reproduction of his sketch titled The Million Dollar Rope Horse, numbered 74/225, and is hand signed by him. A fine, rich impression done in black on a white background depicting a young cowboy on his horse roping away. To top it all off both of these pieces feature beautiful rustic frames created with several embellishments. CONDITION: Average to good for their age, normal wear and minor imperfections expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
