George III / Regency period, with break-arch case surmounted by a pad top and swing handle, with gilt brass pierced frets to the front and sides, the 8 inch brass dial with Roman numerals, the twin chain fusee movement with anchor escapement striking on a bell, the backplate with lambrequin engraving, with pendulum,
