The present work is a holiday greeting card sent from Rufino Tamayo to his wife, Olga Tamayo. The work is executed on an invitation card for the artist's exhibition Rufino Tamayo, Galerie Beaux-Arts, Paris, November 8 – December 9, 1950.

A light dog-eared crease to the lower right corner. A small spot of surface dirt to the right center edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our opinion that the work appears to be in excellent condition.
