Description
Group of American Glass Including Thumbprint Pattern, 19th Century. Comprising: a Bull's Eye and Fleur-de-Lys covered sugar bowl, five small thumbprint/Argus bowls, thumbprint/Argus tumbler, a thumbprint/Argus decanter, a thumbprint/Argus covered compote, a thumbprint/Argus cover, and two blown glass and cut decanters, each with applied rings at the neck.
Dimensions: from 3 3/4" to 8" in diameter, the heights range from 1" to 11".
Provenance: Property from the Collection of C. Thomas Attix Jr., East Windsor, New Jersey.
Condition
The covered sugar has significant chipping to the rim of the lid, otherwise overall good condition, some other pieces have minor chips.
