Ancient Greek Drunken Silen On Ram
Magna Graeca, Canosa, 4th - 3rd century B.C. / terracotta / H = 12.4 cm ( 4 7/8 inches )
South Italian figure of a silen with cornucopia in his right hand, riding on the back of a ram. Intact with remains of blue and red paint.
Condition:
In very good condition. With some paint remaining.

Swiss private collection Bonsera, Basel, purchased 2019 at Galerie Moenius, Bern. Previously in Swiss
