This is an authentic pendant and double chain necklace by Casato Roma Gioielli. It is crafted from 18k rose gold with a polished finish. The pendant has an open oval like shape set with a cluster of odd shape to oval faceted cut pink sapphire gemstones and is accented in between and bordered with sparkling diamonds. The double strand rose gold chain is attached to the pendant. Both strands has small round bezel set diamonds on the lower half of the chain. It secures with a lobster clasp and has 3 extra ring links to adjust from a 16.5-18.5 inches length. The end of the chain has a dragonfly charm.
