Hand Engraved Folk Art Lunchbox Erie Railroad 1940. Intricately engraved and illustrated metal lunchbox likely embellished by an employee of the Erie Railroad, includes the letters GMD (General Motors Diesel), Erie, Binghamton, Ged Dewitt, and images of tiny plants & flowers, an American flag, dice, spiderwebs and last but not least, a naked lady! Wonderful one of a kind artifact to display with a railroad collection.
Dimensions are 9 in h x 10.25 in w x 4.5 in d. Condition is good with rust throughout, heavy wear on top, and scratches. Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
