For quite some time now, we have been participating in Lot 14 auctions. Ian and his team are there, from inspection that feels they care and want you to know the exact details, to payment options, to holding the goods to preparing them for shipment. Ian was most helpful assisting with shipping to us, made a very special effort to pack our orders and even delivered them. What an extraordinary attention to the customer, making us feel welcome, being attentive to every special need, as particular and out of the ordinary it may be. We truly appreciate everything around the purchase-and every once in a while we find an extraordinary find, something that comes up once and no more.
