Age: Mid-Qing dynasty
Description: An exceptional large Chinese cloisonné vase of tapered baluster form and long everted neck, enamelled with ‘Hundred Deer’ motif, the landscape including cranes, monkeys and rabbits on a deep turquoise blue ground diapered with inter-locking key pattern, shoulder with a band of magpies, butterflies and flowers, stylized lotus flower motifs on the flaring neck and inside the mouth.
Size: 17 3/8", 45.2cm.
