An anti-American Cold War Russian Soviet era propaganda lithographic poster on paper, Tribune of Human Rights Defenders, depicting three speakers shouting from the roof of the prison. The inscription in Russian on the bottom: It is not without reason that they assume a defense posture - Human rights are murdered in their countries - Where there is a lot of shouting about freedom at birth - Freedom is often murdered there.
