Meissen, 19th Century
Circular, centering a bouquet of flowers within a molded band of Gotzkowsky erhabene Blumen, the border with the Imperial Russian arms, the cross of the Order of St. Andrew and sprays of flowers, within a gilt rim. Diameter 9 3/4 inches (24.8 cm).
