ARMOR MUSEUM LEVEL MILITARY FEMALE WARRIOR CHEST PLATES SNAKE FIGS. BOTH SIDES 2 AXE SILVERProvince : Persian. Made: Hand forged steel, hand hammered and chiseled engraving. Set: Consist of 2 plates front & back. Back plate: Live size snake figures, engraved figures of female warrior on horse with sword and at bottom medallion. Front panel: Two live size snake figures with cobra snake head, entire surface hand engraved with Flower motifs and is decorated with hand chiseled jewelry & nickels figures. Dagger: Two daggers with bird figure in cover with finely engraved flower motifs. Measurement: Front plate 24.7 inches x 17 inches and back plate 18.60 inches 21 inches. The inside of both plates is quilted with cotton and cloths. Such or near to similar Female chest plates were used during war at India ,between Mughal warriors and Queen of Jhansi state ( INDIA).The war was led by Queen of JHANSI state India , her name was RANI LAXMI BAI ( photo shown ).
