I returned this completed survey earlier this evening, but with a little harsher rating by mistake. It is still correct that the auction was on 8/18 and I mailed my payment for the item and shipping on 8/23. I have still not received the item though I know it takes time to clear the check and actually get it to me in the midst of everyone else's shipments. My comments in the earlier survey were intended for another auction house, not Lyn Knight. My neutral ratings in the survey are due to not yet having received the item.

This auction was August 18 (Lot # 405-Variety of Posters-Movie, War, Etc. 2017-08-18 08:00:00 PT) and I have still yet to receive my item. After 2 attempts at emailing them no one ever replied. On my 1 attempt to call them I spoke to someone towards the 2nd half of last week and they said I would be hearing from someone the following day. That's now been about a week ago and still no one has contacted me to discuss or quote shipping. So, bottom line, auction house is benefiting from my money while I still have no product in my possession. Has this been an issue with your shipper before? If so, I would strongly suggest changing providers. This reflects on both parties.
