Framed and matted impressionistic watercolor and gouache painting on paper depicting the view of Paris from Pont Neuf/ Île de la Cité, however, the location the artist wrote, though partially illegible, does not appear to be Pont Neuf. The painting is signed on the lower right and dated '92, though the signature is also illegible. Wear includes some minor residue and marks on the glass as well as some minor wear to the frame.
