Doors open for preview at 9:30 a.m. - The auction will take place at the Executive Inn Hotel & Conference Center, 600 W. Walnut, Evansville, IN 47708. The auction is open to the public. Security will be provided. - All online bidders must be pre-approved and all floor bidders must be registered by Capitol Auctions before they can bid. - A 17% online buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid. - Indiana sales tax (6%) applies to purchases delivered to Indiana addresses unless we have an Indiana tax exemption form on file at the time of the auction. - ALL LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTIES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS. - ALL LOTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PERSONAL INSPECTION beginning at 9:30 a.m. the day of the auction. - AS A COURTESY TO OUR BIDDERS, CAPITOL AUCTIONS MAY PROVIDE A DESCRIPTION AND/OR ITS OPINION OF CONDITION OR GRADE. EACH BIDDER HEREBY AGREES THAT DESCRIPTIONS AND GRADING ARE SUBJECTIVE AND THE DESCRIPTION AND/OR GRADE OR CONDITION MAY HAVE A MATERIAL AFFECT ON VALUE; THAT OTHERS MAY DIFFER WITH THE GRADING OPINIONS CAPITOL AUCTIONS OR PROFESSIONAL THIRD PARTY GRADING SERVICES; AND THAT SUCH DIFFERENCE OF OPINION IS NOT GROUNDS FOR RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR PRICE ADJUSTMENT. - EACH BIDDER AGREES THAT THEY HAVE EXAMINED EACH ITEM AND HAVE DETERMINED THEIR OWN OPINION OF GRADE, CONDITION AND VALUE PRIOR TO BIDDING. - WE ATTEMPT TO PRESENT ANY CONDITION ISSUES WE FIND, BUT CAPITOL AUCTIONS CANNOT AND DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT ANY ITEM HAS OR HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED, MISHANDLED, DAMAGED, REPAIRED, ETC. EACH BIDDER AGREES THAT THEY HAVE EXAMINED EACH ITEM AND HAVE DETERMINED THEIR OWN OPINION OF GRADE, CONDITION, AND VALUE PRIOR TO BIDDING. - Our photographers have attempted to capture each item on film as accurately as possible. However, lighting and other technological constraints may result in an item appearing differently in photo than in person. We strongly recommend that each bidder personally inspect all lots of interest. If a bidder has questions about a lot, please contact us at 812)461-0131 or e-mail capitol-auctions@sbcglobal.net. - WITHIN 24 HOURS FOLLOWING THE AUCTION, EACH WINNING ONLINE BIDDER WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR ALL LOTS WON. UNLESS OTHER PAYMENT ARRANGMENTS WERE MADE AND AGREED UPON BY US PRIOR TO THE AUCTION, THE WINNING BIDDER'S CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TOTAL INVOICE AMOUNT WITHIN 48 HOURS FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. WE ARE SET UP TO ACCEPT VISA AND MASTERCARD ONLY. If a credit card is declined, we will process it again the next day. If the credit card is again declined, the bidder will be deemed in default of the terms and conditions and a $25 processing fee will apply to the invoice. - PAYMENTS BY CHECK, MONEY ORDER, PAYPAL, OR BANK WIRE MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. Full payment is required prior to delivery of any lot to the buyer. Checks must clear before we will ship. - Bidder's failure to make payment in full within the time period allowed shall be a breach of the Terms and Conditions. Capitol Auctions reserves the right to resell any lot not paid for in full within 14 days without notice to the defaulting bidder. Capitol Auctions shall not be liable to the bidder for any damages caused to the bidder for failure to pay for their lot(s) within the specified time. Any deficiency, together with all expenses and costs of resale, will be the responsibility of the defaulting bidder. In no event shall the amount owed by the defaulting bidder be less than the buyer's premium printed on the bidder's original invoice. - The buyer agrees to not charge back any purchase on a credit card or to stop payment on any check for any reason. All sales are final, and there are no refunds, price adjustments, returns, or credit extended. - The buyer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and insurance and any related costs of handling and packing materials. We will be pleased to provide an estimate of shipping costs at least 24 hours prior to the auction. - Auctioneer is neither financially nor legally responsible for technology issues that may constrain or prohibit online bidding.
