In 1935, Mr. Vilis Uzelinis, he was one of very few Latvian who lived in Shanghai at that time. And he is fond of oriental art collections. Part of his collection has been donated to the State Museum of Art and Art Museum RIGA BOURSE(located on Doma laukums 6).
